How To Book

Tickets for Festival events are available from the King’s Lynn Corn Exchange Box Office which acts as King's Lynn Festivals booking agent.

The Corn Exchange Box Office is open Monday to Saturday:

•  From 9am - 5pm for telephone bookings (01553 764864) and 10am-5pm for counter sales

Limited wheelchair spaces are available and must be booked in advance. A limited number of carer seats are available (50% off full price ticket) for those who require a carer to attend to assist with their access needs. Carer seats are only available to book in person or by telephone. Please inform the box office when you book if you have any access requirements so they can advise on access, seating and toilets, which are different at each venue. \

ONLINE BOOKING

Tickets can be purchased online from our What's On page where you will be directed to the Alive King's Lynn Corn Exchange site. There is a £2 per transaction booking fee and £2 postage for this service.

REFUND POLICY

We regret that tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Returned tickets can only be offered for resale when an event has sold out and at a handling charge of £1 per ticket.

In the event of a performance being cancelled, for whatever reason by the venue or Festival, you will be offered an exchange or full refund.

OTHER INFORMATION

All ticket prices include VAT.
The right is reserved to refuse admission and to alter the advertised programme.
Latecomers will not be allowed into their seats until a suitable break in the performance.
Tape recorders, videos and cameras may not be taken into any building during performances, workshops and rehearsals.
Mobile phones must be switched off during performances.
Doors will not be opened until 30 minutes before the start of any performance.
