We are delighted to welcome back audiences to the 2021 King’s Lynn Festival.
We want to ensure our audiences have peace of mind when purchasing their tickets, so we have revised our Refund Policy for 2021.
In the event of a performance being cancelled, for whatever reason by the venue or Festival, you will be offered an exchange or alternatively receive a full refund.
If you notify us that you are unable to attend an event due to Covid you will receive a full refund if the following applies:
- you have tested positive for Covid and are in isolation;
- you have suspected Covid symptoms (awaiting test results);
- you have been requested to self-isolate (under the current health regulations);
- you have been advised to/return to being shielded (by NHS letter)
In order to claim any refund, tickets must be returned as soon as possible to the Alive Box Office up to 24hours in advance of the event - there is no charge for the refund service.
Any other refund requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
