The woods outside Athens are a busy place on this magical night! Four runaway lovers find themselves smack bang in the middle of a dispute between the King and Queen of the fairies and a troupe of amateur actors trying to rehearse a play.
Filmed live on the Globe stage, directed by Emma Rice, fusing music, dance and some serious comedy.

St George's Guildhall is the largest surviving medieval guildhall in England - boasting many original and rare medieval features. The first theatre production was in 1442 and was officially reopened after an ambitious restoration in 1951, marking the start of the first King’s Lynn Festival.
