Mozart Piano Trio in B flat major, K. 502
Schumann Piano Trio No. 2 in F major, Op. 80

The Minerva Piano Trio have established themselves as one of the UK’s most exciting young trios whose playing has been described as “wonderfully rich, thunderous, and lyrical” (Classic FM). In this concert they perform a trio by Mozart, who invented the genre as we know it today, and Schumann’s engaging and immediate second trio, which demonstrates his mastery of unity.

Enjoy a cup of coffee and slice of cake with fellow audience members from 10.30am (included in the ticket price).
