Formed in 2021 at the Royal Northern College of Music, the Aestus Quartet have rapidly gained recognition for their sensitive and expressive playing. Winners of the 2022 Weil Prize and finalists for the 2024 RPS Henderson Award, they’ve performed at prestigious festivals and worked with top mentors. Recent highlights include their Stoller Hall debut and a performance at the 2024 RPS Awards. Expect an expressive, refined performance at their upcoming festival appearance.

The Town Hall’s chequerboard façade conceals six hundred years of history. An evocative example of Lynn’s rich heritage, the Town Hall boasts a series of majestic oak panelled rooms, decorated by elegant chandeliers.

Car Parking
There is parking directly opposite the Town Hall on the Saturday Market Place and behind it on Baker Lane.  Please note: Charges apply 24 hours a day, including for Blue Badge holders. Accessibility
There is one level access from the front door to the lift and toilet for people with disabilities on the ground floor. There is an infra-red sound enhancement system for the hard of hearing, and guide dogs are admitted.

Seating
All of our Town Hall festival events have unreserved seats.  Capacity varies from 70 to 170 depending on event.  Due to current building works and fire regulations at the venue, please note there are only 4 wheelchair spaces available and these MUST be booked in advance.
