How to book
Tickets for Festival events are available from the King’s Lynn Corn Exchange Box Office which acts as King's Lynn Festivals booking agent.
The Corn Exchange Box Office is open Monday–Saturday, 9am–5pm for telephone bookings (01553 764864) and 10am-5pm for counter sales.
Access
All venues offer suitable access for wheelchair-users. There are wheelchair spaces available at all our concerts and events. For those who require assistance companion seats are available at 50% of the full ticket price. Wheelchair spaces and companion seats are only available to book by phone or in person. If you have any access requirements please inform the Box Office at the time of booking for further advice on access, seating, and toilets, which vary between venues. Guide and assistance dogs are welcome at all concerts and events. If not booking tickets by phone or in person, please advise the Box Office after booking so your needs can be best accommodated.
If you cannot use your ticket
We regret that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase. Returned tickets can only be offered for resale when an event has sold out and at a handling charge of £1 per ticket. If a concert or event is cancelled you will be offered an exchange or full refund.
Online booking
Tickets purchased online are subject to a £2 transaction fee. Tickets delivered by post are subject to a £2 postage fee.
Theatre levy
All ticket prices include a theatre levy. For concerts and events at the Corn Exchange a levy of £2 is included in your ticket price. For concerts and events at other venues a theatre levy of £1 is included in your ticket price.
Family Concert Club

Concerts pass
Discounted tickets are available for attending selected associated concerts. Please refer to the online Box Office for more information.
Dress code
Come as you wish! There is no dress code at the festival.
Doors
Unless stated otherwise, doors open 30 minutes before any concert or event.
Latecomers
Latecomers will only be admitted if and when there is a suitable opportunity in the performance. We reserve the right to refuse admission at our discretion.
Mobile phones
Photography, audio and video recording are strictly prohibited during any concert or event. Please ensure devices are silenced for the duration.
Children under five
Out of consideration for audience and artists, we recommend that children attending are aged five and over.
Security
Please do not bring large bags to our venues. Visitors and bags may be subject to security checks.
Programme changes
Concert and event details were correct at the time of going to print. King's Lynn Festival reserves the right to alter artists or programmes as necessary.
