Globe On Screen Film: Twelfth Night
Friday 24 April 2020
Creative Arts East
Please note this event has been postponed and we will work to re-schedule later in the year.
Experience the acclaimed Broadway production of Shakespeare's Globe's Twelfth Night, starring legends Mark Rylance in his Tony Award-winning portrayal of Olivia and Stephen Fry in his Tony-nominated performance as Malvolio.
Twelfth Night combines perverse cruelty with high comedy and the pangs of unrequited love told through some of Shakespeare's most memorable poetry and exquisite songs. This recording of the live performance gives you the best seat in the house for this rare, all-male Original Practices production, recreating the feeling of an indoor show in the house of Elizabethan royalty.
