What we think and feel and how we understand those around us are central to our lives, fascinating but sometimes problematic and upsetting.  Talking out thoughts, expressing emotions, and striving towards wiser patterns of behaviour can all help.

We will look at what can be expected of a therapeutic process and try to find how we can improve our own everyday routines and long term planning.

With practical experience and afternoon tea.
