King’s Lynn Festival will take place from 18-31 July 2021 and feature classical recitals and concerts, jazz, talks, walks and a 70th anniversary exhibition, celebrating the rich history of the past seven decades of the King’s Lynn Festival.  Tickets on sale to the public from Monday 14 June. Since 1951 the Festival and the exceptional historic buildings of King’s Lynn have been interwoven, highlighting how one of England’s great historic towns fosters cultural activity.  Wonderful buildings of national significance with world class musicians playing in them!

Celebrating the Festival’s 70th anniversary this walk, with Dr Paul Richards, aims to discover more about both these wonderful historic venues and the famous artists and musicians who have appeared there. 

Advanced booking is essential.

Please note some venues are not fully weelchair accessible.

This walk will last approximatley 90 minutes.

The nearest car parks are Chapel Street and the Tuesday Market Place. Please note: Charges apply 24 hours a day, including for Blue Badge holders. Please ensure you pay the correct fee.  Current charges are available on the borough council website:   https://www.west-norfolk.gov.uk/

Seating for 2021 is unreserved in blocks as indicated below, and we have reduced capacity.  Some seats have a restricted view.
