Welcome to our new website!
After months of feverish development behind the scenes, we’re pleased to launch our new website. We think you’ll find that it has a fresh new look and that is more streamlined and easier to navigate. You’ll still be able to find out about news and developments, and more importantly, book for all shows which go on sale on April 28th!
We like to extend our thanks to Steele Media with whom we have worked so closely on this project. They've done a fantastic job and we're looking forward to continued work with them.
Some great new features on our website include the improved What’s On section, where you can see a handy list with all our events, plus the option to filter your search by different performance genre. When you click on a listed event you can now buy a ticket, find out more information on the venue and the artists (you can even watch videos or follow them through social media networks). You can use your Facebook or Twitter accounts to leave comments for us. New feature boxes and a news feed on our Home Page make is easier to find out important information quickly, you can sign up to a new email newsletter service and view our brochure online. And another great thing – our new website now scales down on mobile devices, so you can still access all the features of the Kings Lynn Festival website when you’re on the move!
But we're not finished with the site - this is only the start. There's plenty more that we'd like to do and no doubt there will be things that we need to tidy up or tweak. Over the next few months we will continue to update and improve the site with online Friends enrolment, blogs and new links to local information and amenities.
