HOW TO BOOK

General Booking
Tickets are available from the King’s Lynn Corn Exchange box office which acts as the Festival’s agent. From Monday 23 May you may book by telephone on 01553 764864 or in person at the Corn Exchange Box Office in the Tuesday Market Place.
Please note that booking for The Three Seasons Subscriptions Concert Series will open Monday 18 July.

The Corn Exchange Box Office is open Monday to Saturday:

• From 9am for telephone bookings
• From 10am - 6pm for counter sales

On Sunday 17 and 24 July tickets will be available at the respective venues one hour before each performance. Most venues have designated wheelchair spaces which should be reserved in advance. The Arts Centre auditorium can accommodate only one wheelchair user and access is via the stair climber.

On-line Booking
Tickets can be purchased on-line at www.kingslynncornexchange.co.uk from Monday 23 May. There is a £1 per ticket booking fee for this service.

Booking by Post
Please include all event details ie. title, date and price of the event along with your name and address. If paying by debit or credit card include the card number and expiry date. Cheques should be made payable to King’s Lynn Corn Exchange with your name and address on the reverse. If there are no seats left at the price requested and you would like the box office to allocate you seats at another price, please make this clear in your letter and do not enter an amount but indicate a maximum limit between the crossed lines and ensure that the cheque is signed and dated. The box office will then complete the cheque.

Card Transactions
A £1 handling fee will be charged for every card transaction (this does not apply to tickets purchased by cash or cheque).

Concession & Standby Tickets
Where possible, and where indicated, concession and standby tickets are made available to: children; registered unemployed; senior citizens; housing benefits claimants; income support claimants; registered disabled; family credit claimants; YT trainees; students in full-time education. Please present proof of eligibility when booking. Standby tickets, subject to availability, will be on sale 30 minutes before the start of specified performances.

Reservations
Tickets must be paid for within seven days of reservation or up to 24 hours before the
performance/event (whichever is sooner). Uncollected reservations will be released for
re-sale. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Returned tickets will be offered for re-sale only when the venue is sold out and at a handling charge of £1 per ticket.

Other Information
All ticket prices include VAT.

The right is reserved to refuse admission and to alter the advertised programme.

Latecomers will not be allowed into their seats until a suitable break in the performance.
Tape recorders, videos and cameras may not be taken into any building during performances, workshops and rehearsals.

Mobile phones must be switched off during performances.

Doors will not be opened until 30 minutes before the start of any performance.
