Works from Norwich Castle Museum and Art Gallery’s collection of modern and contemporary art.
This is the third in a series of exhibitions exploring the notion of place in works from Norwich Castle Museum & Art Gallery’s collection of modern and contemporary art. The selection of works in this exhibition draw on the rich variety of figurative work in the collection, exploring how the human figure is integral to our understanding of place. The exhibition reflects on the relationship between place and the body, and how this relationship shapes the landscapes we inhabit.
Exhibition features work from artists such as Gwen John, Aliza Nisenbaum and Jacqueline Morreau
