Talk: Pip Stewart - Reflections on the Amazon

Adventurer, journalist and presenter Pip Stewart reflects on the human impact of mining, ranching and deforestation on a remote region. From building roads to buying gold, is it time we re-evaluated the impact we are having on the world?

This illustrated talk is presented by the Royal Geographical Society (with IBG) in partnership with the King’s Lynn Festival

St. George's Guildhall

St George's Guildhall is the largest surviving medieval guildhall in England - boasting many original and rare medieval features. The first theatre production was in 1442 and was officially reopened after an ambitious restoration in 1951, marking the start of the first King’s Lynn Festival.
