Wednesday 20 July 2016
Using the traditional and folk music of the North East of England as a starting point, the Tyneside sisters are known for their eclectic approach in combining traditional English folk with other musical genres – and for their clog dancing. They have enjoyed recent success in reimagining songs by Antony Hegarty and Robert Wyatt, with their latest CD receiving dazzling reviews. They will be performing here as a 10-piece band.
