Hazel Brooks (baroque violin) and David Pollock (harpsichord) perform works by composers of the 17th and 18th centuries, who had the Hanseatic League in their blood. Bach was inspired by North German/Danish Buxtehude, and Telemann, who was a quasi-revolutionary, by Bach.
